Terms & Conditions for Dog / Puppy Training.
Obedience/ Behaviour / Behaviour Modification
I understand that the Consultant/trainer will work directly with me and my dog to impart contemporary animal behavior knowledge that best fits our needs, and that successful companion dog programs depend on a combination of learned skills on the part of the dog and owner. Behavior is not static; an animal will not continue to perform even trained behaviors without ongoing practice. Especially in cases involving any type of aggression, although behavior may be modified, the dog is never considered "cured". A dog's behavior is ultimately the owner's responsibility. Consultant will make every reasonable effort to help us attain goals but makes no guarantees of performance on the part of Client or dog as a result of providing professional animals Behaviour consultations or training.
Client acknowledges that obedience training/behavior modification may be an activity in which damage or injury to dog(s) and/or persons may occur. Client will assume full financial/moral responsibility for the actions of their dog(s). Client further acknowledges that dog(s) may be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions which include, but are not limited to, vehicular travel, interaction with people and other animals, exposure to adverse weather, and exposure to areas with crowds and all types of traffic.
I/We the Client agree that by hiring Happy-Dog Training I, my/our heirs, assignees and legal representatives will not make claim against, sue, or attach the property of Consultant, his/her family, acquaintances, or any other person acting on his/her behalf (herein referred to as "Agents"), for injury or damage to or by dog(s) resulting from action or negligence, however caused, by Consultant or Agents. I/We Client forever release Consultant and/or Agents from any and all liability and demands which I/We Client, and my/our heirs, assignees and legal representatives may have or may hereafter have for injury or damage to or by dog(s), and assume all risks thereof.
Client and Consultant hereby agree to mediate and/or arbitrate any misunderstandings that may arise pursuant to the terms contained herein. In any action or proceeding arising out of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of costs and legal fees.
This Contract for Training Services supersedes all other agreements, written or oral, previously made between Client and training Consultant.
I also agree to allow Happy-Dog Training to video me, my dog(s), and my property. I authorise Happy-Dog Training Private LTD to copyright, use, or or publish these videos for educational purposes.
I agree to allow Happy-Dog Training to contact my dog's veterinarian to discuss behaviour and medical history.

Happy-Dog Training Liability Waiver
THIS CONTRACT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY—PLEASE READ IT
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY
FOR USE OF Happy-Dog Training/Hubs BOARDING/DAYCARE SERVICES
BY ENROLLING YOUR DOG(S) IN OUR SERVICES,
YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THIS SERVICE CONTRACT.
As the owner or legal caretaker (“Dog Owner) of the below-referenced dog (“Owner’s Dog” or “my dog”) I have read, understand and agree to the following:

Happy-Dog Training / Hubs and its employees, directors, partners, affiliates, and assigns, will exercise the utmost of due care to protect the health and safety of my dog(s) while using the services associated Happy-dog Training Hub (“Services”). In consideration of the Services and as an express condition thereof, I hereby waive and release, on behalf of myself, and my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all claims, including those relating to damage, illness, injury, death and/or escape, against Happy-dog Training Hub and their employees, directors, partners, affiliates and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) arising out of my dog(s)’s use of the Services. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Happy-dog Training Hub harmless against any claims by persons or entities other than myself related to my dog’s participation in our Services.
By enrolling my dog(s) in the Services, I warrant and represent that I am the legal owner or caretaker of my dog and assume all risks, dangers and responsibility for injuries to my dog. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any harm to my dog(s) while my dog(s) is utilizing the Services. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by my dog(s) while utilizing the Services. I agree to notify Happy-Dog Training Hub of any and all alleged problems with the Happy-Dog Training Hubs within twenty-four (24) hours of my dog(s)’s use of the Services.
I understand that by enrolling my dog(s) in the Services, I have read, understand and acknowledge this Service Contract.
DAYCARE REQUIREMENTS
I confirm that my dog(s)

is up to date with all vaccines.

is in good health and free of fleas, ticks and parasites.

is fit to participate in our outdoor activities such like as running.
ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF OFF LEASH AND CAGE FREE PLAY ACTIVITIES' PARTICIPATION RISK
I fully understand that:
(a) There are potential activities related symptoms or injuries such as bites, scratches, diarrhoea, vomit, ,Leg injuries , paw allergies, any other symptoms even though your dog(s) are carefully supervised at all times during the activities.

(b) There are inherent and potential risks involved with interactions between humans and dogs, as well as between dogs and other dogs, which may result in property damage or bodily injury, including permanent disability, sickness or death to human or dog;

(c) There may be other risks not known to the owner or staff nor readily foreseeable at this time (Collectively “Risks”). While Happy-Dog Training will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any risks are limited, I fully accept and assume all responsibility and liability for all risks, including, without limitation, all losses, costs and damages incurred as a result of me or my dog(s)’s participation in Happy-dog Trainings indoor and outdoor play activities.
VETERINARIAN LIABILITY AND CARE
If your dog(s) requires urgent medical attention, Happy-Dog Training will first contact you by mobile number in order to make the necessary arrangements. If you cannot be reached and the medical attention is required urgently, you hereby authorize Happy-Dog Training Hub to obtain medical treatment for your dog(s), if, in its sole discretion it’s appears that he/she is ill, injured or exhibits any other behaviour that would reasonably suggest that your dog may need medical attention. I AGREE THAT I AM FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF ANY SUCH MEDICAL TREATMENT, PROVIDED TO MY DOG.
AGGRESSIVE DOGS
If my dog(s) show any signs of aggression to other dogs or humans, I hereby authorize Happy-Dog Training its employees, and/or representatives to use any of their training gear such as muzzle, or leash or methods such as separation or isolation etc for safety purposes.
REFUND
We offer no refunds on any packages If you have a change of plans, or need to cancel.
Photos and Videos
I allow Happy-Dog Training owner, employees, to use my dog’s name, images and video taken while at Daycare in any form, format, for use, at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, and trade or promotion materials. I agree that this provision shall be bound on me and all my successors, heirs, legal representatives and assignees.
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS AN AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY
HAPPY-DOG TRAINING AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES AND IT IS A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A PROMISE NOT TO SUE OR MAKE A CLAIM. I AM AWARE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN HAPPY-DOG TRAINING AND ME, AND THAT BY ENROLLING MY DOG(S) IN THE SERVICES, I HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THIS SERVICE CONTRACT.
